Currently I am on contract with Cisco Systems - Supply Chain Transformation (San Jose) within their Transformational Change Services + Management Team.
Lead instructional designer/developer - create training for the Supply Chain organization that covers both internal and partner based trainings, developed an internal self-service training resources site and template based assets
ICX & Sharepoint site developer - manage about a dozen internal organizational and project based sites
Audio/video producer - Adobe Premiere, Audition (voiceovers), and Vyond based animations
Graphics - create iconography for internal communications, Outlook based templates for newsletters, and highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Captivate

Instructional Designer and Project Manager (Contractor) TEK Systems 2017—2018
Contract with Apple (Cupertino) in their Global Finance Learning and Development organization. Performed instructional design for internal and vendor based global financial system training using Adobe Captivate and Adobe Muse, learning management system administration (Saba), and managed the daily training reports for various internal clients.
Information Security Education and Awareness Cisco Systems 2014—2016
Managed the general information security awareness program for new hires and automated the notification process from 60% to 85% compliance rate
Raised the yearly ISO27K compliance campaign rate to 93% compliance for over a 16k global target audience
Designed the long-term strategy and beginning courseware for privileged administrators within networking, compute/storage and cloud development
Upgraded an internal team and Jive based sites with an emphasis on social media
